Questionnaire Responses (Ian Pelgrave)

Recently we uploaded a questionnaire which was part of the groups primary research into our target audience. Within the questionnaire we asked a variety of questions in regards to the groups chosen genre. We have based some of the questions on our song choice in order to find out whenever our song was a good choice and popular within the genre of indie/pop. This allowed us to make a music video that was suited to an audience and what they want to view in regards to our demographics needs. Below are some of the key responses we have considered in regards to our target audience.

The first set of responses was in regards to the age category who answered our questionnaire. From these results the majority of the people who answered our questionnaire were aged 16-20 which contribute to our target demographic of  young adult audience. This result suggests that from our chosen demographic we are currently targeting the correct age category in regards to the genre of our music video.

The next set of responses dis;lys that the majproity of people who anwred our qurestinaire are fans of indie pop. fRom these results collected we have concluded that becuase the our target audiecne are between 16-20, most of these people are fans of indie/pop.

Choosing the song choice was a very important part for the group we asked our audience of people have they ever heard of the song "Stay With Me". everyone, including people who are not considered to be our target demographic answered yes. This suggests that the song choice is a popular song and therefore it is likely that when disturbing our music video, more people will familiarise the song.

Our last key responses displays what type of music video do most of our audience prefer. The majority of the people who answered the questionnaire prefer to view a literal music video. As of this the group have decided to create a literal music video as most people prefer to view this type of video.
